 2 Super Cajun Grills with Cajun Smokers.

While Cooking exclusively on Cajuns these guys have won:

Illinois State 2000 & 2001

Flagler Beach BBQ & Blues 2001

Arkansas State / 4th overall 

CMA's Fan-Fare BBQ Championship 3rd overall 

Al Longoria from East Texas competes on his 

Cajun Grill all across the US.  He has won 

numerous awards, ribbons and trophies.  

He competes under the name of Who Dat BBQ 

and does it all for a  " Bon Temps!"

I was on a journey from Dallas through 4 states,  I ended up in the land of Jack Daniel's Distillery.   Unbelievable weather and friendly locals made my stay in Lynchburg --- well like I was at home.  The barbecue wasn't bad either!    Pictured here are the incredible bbq competitve cooking team of (r-l)Byron Chism, Steve Smith, Robert Worsley, and their American Royal Grand Championship Trophy.
