Ready? Smoked Fried Chicken! Just watch…

Sometimes something that sounds good…comes out better than you expect! Keith and Curt went into the laboratory and concocted this incredible, unique dish (to the best of their knowledge…had never been done). “…let’s smoke the chicken with applewood, get it to 75% done, let it cool, egg wash it, batter it, and then fry it”. Well, after cooking this crazy dish, both gurus agreed that this was one for the record books. Keith comments “…the first thing that hit me was the smoke” after biting into the crispy meat.
