This year’s Festival Acadian’ was a tremendous success! Great music, fun activities and tasty food was had by all that attended. Under the cooking demonstration tent, Keith Guidry and Curt Guillory (The Grillin’ Guru’s) shored up the day with a demonstration of how to prepare “Grits & Griades” on the Super Cajun Grill. And as a little Lagniappe’, they grilled up some frog legs on the side. Their main mission is to push their guests to “think outside the box” when it comes to grilling.
